The day of on-site contact person will arrive 45 minutes before the start time (15 minutes prior to students arriving) to oversee check-in.

Chaperones (Teachers and Parent Volunteers): Your role will involve checking in your assigned group upon arrival. Supervising your group as they move through the different event stations. We also encourage you to actively participate in the activities and have fun alongside the students!

Please ensure all attendees in your group arrive and are checked in no later than the start time so we can begin the rotations promptly at the start time.

I understand that all field trips will be billed on one (1) invoice based on final head count given two (2) weeks prior to field trip date. The invoice is due prior to arrival unless a Purchase Order is signed. Field Trips are charged a per-person rate for 18 months and older. There will be no refunds for no-shows and day of add-ons cannot take the place of no-shows. Any day of add-ons will be required to pay the full field trip price (no discounts) by credit card.
