I understand that all field trips will be billed on one (1) invoice based on final head count given two (2) weeks prior to field trip date. The invoice is due prior to arrival unless a Purchase Order is signed. There will be no refunds given for no shows. Any day of add on participants will be required to pay full field trip price (no discounts applied) by cedit card. All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver per farm terms and conditions in order to participate. All sales are final.
