Day of Itinerary:

Arrival time is scheduled 30-15 minutes before the field trip starts. The field trip will start at the agreed upon start time. Please tell attendees to arrive on time to limit program disruptions.

We typically do the hayride, field trip lesson, and petting zoo as a group. This will take approximately an hour to an hour and a half depending on the group pace.

After these activities are completed, the group will have free time for the remainder time to self-guide themselves around the farm, through the haybale maze, play with the yard games, and have lunch.

Our gift shop can be opened during this time if requested during the booking process.

We kindly ask all attendees to plan on staying until all structured activities are completed to limit disruptions. Anyone wishing to leave early can do so once free time starts.

Activity Upgrades:

Julian Farm and Orchard is open to the public Friday-Sunday seasonally. Field trips that take place on days we are open to the public are welcome to stay and hang out after the program concludes. Those wishing to participate in our other activities offered will have to pay the full price of our activity packages. General admission will not be charged on the upgrade.  Please see our website or ask our staff about current activity offerings.
